EAC are representing an opportunity for a Customer Service Executive - nights, who will be responsible for the Customer Service team who are the face of this Hotel. With a huge uptake in reservations, this is a great role for a thriving Hotel brand, based in Milton Keynes.
You will be responsible for providing outstanding Customer Service to guests, alongside driving, mentoring and developing team performance.

·Previous Customer Service experience, ideally leading a team
