Executive Support Coordinator - EVENTS

As Executive Support Coordinator you will provide high quality, comprehensive and professional support to the executive team.
You will provide administrative services including word processing, drafting letters, reports, taking minutes/notes of meetings; handling of correspondence; diary management; collating, formatting and emailing regular communication updates and information; organise and co-ordinate all aspects of meetings, events and training.
You will be highly organised, enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on your own initiative. The ability to multitask and pay attention to detail is imperative.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, be competent using MS Office applications and comfortable with functions such as mailmerge with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Previous experience of organising events/travel would be an advantage.
