Business Analyst

Business Analyst - £60,000 - Hampshire (Remote)

A worldwide Fin-Tech Business, operating in over 6 different countries are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to support their digital Product Owners, you will join and be an ambassador of the digital Product and Innovation team, driving forward improvement initiatives within the team. You will be joining an organization who are disrupting their market and becoming a leading player in their field.

Your new role

You will be responsible for identifying and analysing requirements for future and current products, whilst leading and facilitating meetings/workshops. You will be responsible for internal and external stakeholders and act as a key interface within the enterprise with the ability to cross communicate requirements, needs and concepts. You will lead and support the product owners with in-sprinting testing, planning, co-ordination and execution, ensuring that systems changes delivered meet the systems design and the user story desired outcome. You will be responsible for weekly release status and other bespoke project reporting in line with the needs of key stakeholders. You will consider the companies strengths and capabilities, technologies, quality, costs, customer interactions, whilst being a crucial member of the scrum team providing expertise to support product success. You will be responsible for applying technical, business and product and industry knowledge to support the teams and to achieve a clear goal. You will work with key stakeholders to assist with maintenance of regulatory business artefacts, such as process maps, the data landscape and the business services proposition.

What you'll need to succeed
Over 3 years' experience in Financial Services, ideally including business and technology roles
Experienced and proven record of delivering products (data products preferred)
Proven IT analytical skills based on various analysis methodologies
Client facing
Strong and proven interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good influencer and negotiator
Proven champion of change
Self-motivated
Ability to lead and take ownership
Strong sense of ownership to ensure a high quality deliverable
Working experience of Analysis and Design methodology
Experience of working in Agile methodology
Experience of UX/UI design
Basic AS400 and SQL skills or their equivalents
Experience delivering digital products within financial services
Understanding of key technology providers and varying operating models
BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or similar (or has started modules)
Understanding and working knowledge of business architecture methodology (capability models/ user journeys etc.)

What you'll get in return
You will receive a above market rate salary in the region of £60,000 plus additional benefits, including medical insurance, pension, plus many more.
