B2B Paid Lead Gen Manager

It's a brilliant opportunity for someone who is looking to showcase their expertise and lead the UK business acquiring and retaining customers across multiple business sectors.
As the Paid Search Manager, you will be taking the lead on all paid media (PPC, Display, Retargeting and more across search and social) using all popular platforms (e.g. Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook etc…) ensuring a great experience for new and existing customers.
The B2B Paid Lead Gen Manager will be responsible for managing the paid media budget, ensuring an acceptable ROMI/ROAS and potentially given the opportunity to grow a team in the future.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Manage and develop an effective paid search strategy to take the business to the next level
Plan and deliver across all paid campaigns, leading on paid media activity across our key business channels (packaging, paper and visual communications)
Effective management of budgets
Conduct keyword research
Manage bidding platforms
Develop key partner relationships (Google, Bing, LinkedIn etc…) supporting longer term expansion
Identifying new opportunities to improve performance across all paid channels
Review account performance and ensure implementation of best practice is rolled out across accounts
Be the go to Paid Media expert in the team, ensuring key stakeholders are up to date with performance, initiatives, updates and strategy of each channel.
Work alongside the wider Digital/Marketing team
Build and influence great landing page experiences that are optimised for conversions
Manage page tags to ensure all activity is tracked correctly

Essential Skills
5+ years' experience in a similar B2B role, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful Paid Media Campaigns (in-house or agency)
Hands-on experience in all aspects of Paid Media including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display, Programmatic and Paid Social
Must have the following Google certification: AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Display advertising and desirable Google Analytics
Expert user of Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
Good understanding of SEO and the wider role it plays
Proficient with Google Analytics
Desirable Skills
Strong analytical approach to continuously improve results
Knowledge of CSS and JavaScript is a nice to have, but not a requirement
Advanced use of Excel and professional use of other Microsoft Office tools
Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards
Excellent reporting skills with a proactive approach
A willingness to learn, research and use initiative
Ability to work to deadlines and deliver results
Excellent time management skills
Be well organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
Work as a team player whilst being able to work on individual performance goals and KPIs
Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills
Proactive approach to workload and new ideas
