Marketing Executive - Paid Advertising

Our client are a company who develop, formulate, and manufacture new FMCG consumer brands in multiple sectors. They are seeking an adept Marketing Executive with a focus to join the marketing team in the next step of their exciting adventure.
The Marketing Executive will work closely with the marketing team to help execute the Paid Advertising and SEO strategy. You’ll work alongside the Marketing team to develop the company’s digital presence. You’ll manage the company website with a view to improve SEO while taking ownership of ad campaigns. You’ll set up great PPC campaigns, conduct keyword research and write ad copy before tracking conversions and measuring success.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of working in SEO and PPC execution and understand the requirements to help drive conversions. You will be forward thinking, have lots of initiative and be driven to be successful in their career.
Work closely with the Marketing team to drive the brand’s digital presence and customer growth through SEO and PPC strategies for all brands
Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of SEO tasks including:
Conduct website and SEO audits and recommend improvements
Set-up and management of keyword research and keywords
Full SEO management of the company websites, conducting audits etc.
Monitor website rankings and make improvements as required
Supporting new website launches and developing SEO strategies (as and
when required)
Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Paid Advertising tasks including:
Set-up and management of paid search campaigns across Google
Set-up and management of paid shopper campaigns across Google
Set-up and management of video campaigns across Google and YouTube
Set-up and management of paid social campaigns across Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, TikTok
Write ad copy suitable for each platform
Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally to create engaging content for all channels
Manage the development of monthly PPC and SEO performance reports
Keep fully up-to-date with any PPC and SEO trends
Skills needed:
A relevant degree in digital marketing or similar
2 years minimum Paid Media management and SEO experience
Advanced understanding of Paid Advertising and SEO is essential
Experience using keyword research tools (SEMRush etc.)
Experience on reporting on Paid Advertising and SEO trend
A passion for PPC, SEO, Content Marketing and FMCG brands
Excellent writing skills
This role can offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
