Client Services Executive - Payments / FinTech

Duties include:
Taking ownership of corporate client queries
Providing the best possible customer service
Working with multiple internal departments to ensure any issues are resolved
Be an ambassador of the business and its services
Manage the dull currency trade booking and payment life cycle
Deal with any payment queries
Ensure clients experience the best possible customer journey
Essential experience:
Experience working in corporate customer / client services role
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple queries at one time
Have excellent relationship management skills
Careful attention to detail and excellent problem skills
Numerate, confident and able to communicate with senior client contacts and internal personnel
Experience working in a banking, tech or payments company highly advantageous
