Administrator x2

We are seeking an additional Administratorx2 to join our existing team in Farnham on a full time contract basis to start ASAP, paying £11.56per hour plus holiday accrual and free parking. This booking will initially be working from home, until permitted to go back into the office and will run for initially 3 months with the possibility of it being extended. Therefore we are only seeking candidates who can commit to this on a full-time basis, Mon – Thurs it is 7hrs 30m with Fri at 7hrs.
Working for a well-established and local organisation, this role is to work on a specific project, as one of the Administrator’s you will support our small team in the office with various tasks including:
Checking all documentations are correct
Chasing information and making sure all the information is up to date.
Amending details where required
Assisting with any queries or problems related to the applications.
Processing of annual claims to include checking system information and updating systems
Photocopying / scanning / uploading of documents/ archiving of files
Data input onto Excel spreadsheets
To be considered for this position you must have previous administration or customer service experience, good organisational skills as well as attention to detail. Excellent PC skills including Word/Outlook/Excel are also essential. You will be happy to work on your full time own initiative as well as within a small team.
