Our client is a Care Provider based in North London, who specialise in providing individuals with care in their own home, they are extremely passionate about quality care. They are looking for a like-minded individual to join their team as an Internal Recruitment Manager.

£40k Basic Salary | Mon-Fri | 9 - 5.30 | Quarterly bonus attached to set KPI’s | Car Allowance | Laptop and mobile phone | 20 days annual leave (raising to 25 days holiday) | Bank Holiday’s off | Private health care |
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s recruitment team and ensure that all recruitment operations run smoothly recommending appropriate guidance that best meets the company’s recruitment needs, educating the recruitment team on effective interviewing techniques, and managing the recruitment databases. You should also be able to create reports on the progress of all recruiting campaigns. To be effective as a Recruitment Manager, you must keep up with the most recent changes in employment regulations in order to assess the influence on current recruitment methods. Finally, an exceptional recruiting manager should be able to make smart hiring decisions while also demonstrating superior communication, management, and problem-solving abilities.
Duties (include but are not limited to):
Create new procedures or update existing ones when it comes to recruiting.
Manage and report on the recruiting team's performance.
Investigate and implement new strategies for locating employment candidates.
Evaluate recruitment software and recommend the best choice for the company's requirements.
Ensure the recruitment team attract a wide selection of candidates using all appropriate methods of candidate attraction and working to agreed KPIs.
Proactively developing external and networking partnerships to support the effective attraction, recruitment, and retention of employees.
Make suggestions for how to improve the employer's brand.
Conduct research and select job-advertising choices.
Attend job fairs and career events.
Build relationship with all departments.
Build strong recruitment team.
Lead the recruitment team.
Person Specification:
Proven experience as Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Lead, Recruitment Project Manager.
Extensive experience screening and interviewing job candidates.
Good understanding of Health&Social Care.
Extensive experience in new client’s acquisition (recruitment agency).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
Familiarity with social media and professional networks.
Capability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
Confidentiality, punctuality, and trust.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations desirable.
Degree in Business Administration or HRM desirable.
