Cyber Security Sales Development Representative - Benelux Dutch

My Client is an innovative and expanding Cyber Security sales specialist based in Reading. They are changing the way the World sees Sales Development and in an ever evolving market they continue to be disruptive. Their want is it to create a culture of creative flair, passion for the entrepreneurial and the confidence to deliver.
They are looking to hire an SDR to join their driven&passionate team . Stemming from a Cyber Security B2B Sales or Account Management background, they are looking for an individual to support the sales process for existing clients but most definitely still able to seek out new clients through active business development. Responsible for 360 sales, the SDR will work closely with existing clients to re-sell, up-sell, and cross-sell across our suite of Cyber Security and solution services within their most prestigious account; key to the role is working closely with clients to understand their needs and partnering with them to select appropriate packages in a consultative manner.
As a pivotal member of the Team, we are looking for someone who has a natural flair to build rapport alongside the ability to support and guide customers through our sales process. You will possess the key skills to communicate at the highest levels, both internally and externally. Your drive, passion and willingness to achieve for both yourself and the greater good, runs in your blood.
Provide sales service to existing clients to ensure the provision is kept at the highest of levels
With a customer-centric approach, progress clients through our process, including gathering sales intelligence and objection handling, as well as explore and promote up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
You will be highly talented in your field, experienced in account management and looking for a challenge within an exceptional business.
Skillset, Experience and Qualifications
Previous Sales or Account Executive/Management experience of + 3 years in Corporate B2B is essential; most certainly within Cyber/Network Security
Fluent in Dutch
360 sales ability and not afraid to find new business and cultivate it to close, you're a born self starter!
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely whilst building rapport and trust
Customer centric approach to sales; understanding their needs and drivers with the ability to handle objections and remove barriers
Positive and engaging telephone manner
Strong Microsoft Office skills with experience of using a CRM at a skilled level
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a positive but highly charged environment
Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
Superb commercial acumen
This position is based in Central Reading, permanent with full time hours. There are options for hybrid working-including being fully based in territory ie. Netherlands
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per year (dependant on quantifiable experience)
OTE: double the base
