Payroll Administrator

Payroll Administrator required to support existing payroll team for large infrastructure/civil engineering organisation based in Stevenage. This is a 6 month fixed term contract, working 0800-1630 Monday to Friday, with possibility to extend to permanent role.
Duties will include will be assisting with payroll provision, working on the implementation of a new Oracle R12 Fusion platform, which will include parallel pay runs, plus managing day to day pay related matters with knowledge of statutory payroll requirements, ensuring all payroll activity is compliant with statutory and organisational guidelines, plus other associated tasks.
Successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of payroll processes, ability to manually calculate pay calculations, recognise potential issues within large volumes of data, good use of Excel spreadsheets, good problem solving skills, enthusiasm and ability to work in a payroll team.
