Night Duty Manager

Our client operates in a 4 star hotel and conference environment and has a permanent vacancy for a Night Duty Manager. Your main purpose is to ensure the front of house and reception desk is manned efficiently and effectively. You will maintain the highest level of service delivery throughout the operation.
You will work 5 days out of 7 days. Shifts are 11pm to 7am.
There is an option to live-in with this role, subject to availability.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Lead a small team
Responsible for the security and welfare of guests
Preparing meeting and function rooms for the following day
Responsible for cleaning and tidying public areas
Be able to communicate clearly and calmly under pressure and have excellent customer care skills
Basic computer skills are required
This is a very physical role as you will always be on the go
Duties will include checking guests in and out whilst maintaining accurate guest data and financial information
Dealing professionally with guests in person, on the telephone, and in written correspondence
Taking and entering reservations into the Kinetics Property Management System
Handling guests posts/packages and general questions and queries.
You should have experience in a similar role, or as a hotel or conference duty manager.
