Project Manager - HR / Recruitment

A leading organisation based in Hampshire requires a Project Manager - HR / Recruitment to join it's thriving operation during a period of continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
*Continue to build on the clients existing recruitment program with clear
workstreams, allocating tasks and understanding dependencies. The project will have
the ability to respond both to the candidate driven market with a focus on filling
vacancies and delivering a range of improvements identified as part of a project to
enhance our agility and capability as a business to attract and retain talent.
*Run regular program meetings to update key stakeholders, project ambassadors and
*Escalate blockers and issues to project sponsors who are actively engaged and primed
to bring agility.
*Understand issues and potential solutions and package them cleanly in short, mid,
and long-term timebound plans.
*Must be able to create high quality presentations of a standard that can be put
before Leadership and Executives without further refinement.
*Able to produce straightforward accurate reports and data when requested, along with
executive summaries, status based contextual briefings with input from SMEs and
workstream leaders.
*Collaborate with the Supplier Relationship Manager to discuss changing needs,
requirements and potential solutions.

Qualifications:Project management qualifications such as Agile, APM Practitioner
Prince 2 Practitioner or a relevant PMO qualification.
*Competent in using multiple project management methodologies.
Required Expertise:
*Highly disciplined, with strong active listening skills, understanding there are a
range of stakeholders with different requirements and navigate within a framework to
manage those needs.
*Must be able to collate data and create high-quality straightforward PowerPoint

Required Technical / Professional Skillset(s):
*Proficient in Project Management
*Knowledge of how a recruitment department works or experience within recruitment is
*Experience of networking and building strategic relationships both internally with
stakeholders and deliver teams, but also externally with customers and suppliers;
able to influence and persuade.
Additional Information:
*This role can be done remotely but there will be a need for the candidate to travel to site 'as needed' for meetings, stakeholder networking and collaboration, which should be 1 day a week.

Position : Project Manager - HR / Recruitment - Contract
Rate : £500 to £600 per day - INSIDE IR35
Location - Hampshire with - REMOTE WORKING
