Office Manager - Loch Leven Reference: DEC20213384 Location: Loch Leven Hours: Full Time Contract: Permanent Salary: £22,986.00 - £25,500.00 Per Annum Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, 26 days Annual Leave We are looking for a Facilities Manager for RSPB Scotland Loch Leven Reserve, which is a do-it-all kind of role, dealing with everything from answering the phone, paying bills, to ensuring the reserve buildings are running smoothly, clean, well maintained, safe and compliant. You will be looking for ways to maximise efficiencies and sustainability of the running of our buildings. You would be supported in this by the Senior Site Manager, Building Surveyor, Rural Surveyor and Health & Safety Advisor. This role can be fast-paced, so being well organised, efficient, and adaptable are key skills needed. You would form part of the Leadership Team at Loch Leven who have an overview of the management of the Reserve. Your role would manage the repair, maintenance and office budgets, as well as doing the general and financial administration for Loch Leven, Loch of Kinnordy and Tay Reedbed reserves. This role would also act as the PA to the Senior Site Manager and manage the Office volunteers. This position would largely be office-based, but with flexibility for some home working.
