Office Administrator

Warden Agri is a fast paced growing agricultural and waste to green energy business operating globally from our HQ in Midville (Nr. Stickney, Boston). We are a small, highly focused team looking for an efficient Office Administrator. The applicant will support the daily mechanics of the team with collating information, entering data and being the business 'information hub'. More specifically the applicant will also act as PA to the Managing Director and Sales Manager. The role will be busy and active, requiring high levels of communication and attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to prioritise and react swiftly to ever changing situations. We are looking for a willing, energised and proactive individual who will fit with the customer centric company ethos. Tasks would include: Collation of information from the Sales team, site operatives and hauliers Daily data input and adjustments Maintenance and responsibility of key account spreadsheet Planning and Organisation of events Maintaining company website and social media channels Booking and organising travel arrangements for the team PA to the Sales Manager and Managing Director Assistance with putting together sales presentations Filing, Organisation and collation of general company information. Ensuring all assurance scheme and accreditation paperwork is up to date Development of supplier and customer relationships to achieve high levels of effective communication to avoid potential issues. Research as required into ad hoc sea freight and land transport (Global) as required Cover for logistics co-ordinator ( transport bookings) Support Accounts Manager (line manager) as required Reception and welcoming guests to the office Application deadline: 31/12/2021 Expected start date: 01/02/2022 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year Benefits: Casual dress On-site parking Sick pay Schedule: Monday to Friday
