Marketing Comms Associate

We are working with the UK head office (Hemel Hempstead) of an extremely exciting global business who are at the forefront of their sector; a well-known, modern, and futuristic brand known and seen across the UK and worldwide in homes and offices, a company everyone knows of. We are looking for a Marcomms Executive to join this global brand, an ethical business that is fully focussed on enabling people to be themselves and express that in their work and development. Within this role you'll be working with the Marketing Communications Manager, responsible for assisting with the execution of their European Marketing Communication activities within the framework of their Euro Marketing Plan. We are looking for people that can offer full time commitment to this role, the team is based in the companies UK HQ, which is in Hemel Hempstead, and they offer hybrid working, with the work split between office and home working. This will be paying a competitive salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience, a very good, attractive, and extensive benefits package. Overview of duties: Execution of Projects Execute and deliver marketing materials in line with their European business and marketing strategy Day to day contact for any agency, managing material creation and delivery from concept to production Ensure consistency and accuracy of all materials produced Ensure all materials are produced in line with the European creative identity guidelines Project manage production of all assets within agreed deadlines and to budget. Administration and Reporting Maintain accurate project management information Provide presentations and reporting on the activities to the satisfaction of the manager Manage, forecast accurately and report on all financials relating to these projects Liaison/Communication Liaise internally with comms, web and product management to create the brief and secure buy in to concepts and deliverables Share the plans and campaigns with the marketing services managers across Europe ensuring they are aware of deliverables, timings and that they are suitable for their markets What you need: Proven experienced in the production of marcomms materials including videos, literature and POS Experienced in working with a localisation agency as part of the creation of multi-lingual campaign materials is desirable Experience working in a pan European environment is desirable A good level of English, both spoken and written Excellent communications skills Hands on doer with the ability to manage a variety of projects independently from start to finish Organised and meets required deadlines Problem solving and influencing skills Commercially and financially aware Intermediate level of PowerPoint, Word and Excel We are actively recruiting for this role and looking to book interviews asap, with a view to getting started in the role immediately, so apply now But please don't hesitate to call myself on 01442-531-161 and speak with Bobby.
