Group L&D Manager - Remote/ Field Based across South East

Exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation based in Kent. You will be an experienced L&D Professional with previous experience of working in the Social Care or Healthcare Sector. Reporting into the Head of HR you will lead on all aspects of L&D across the group. The role will be based remotely, on site near Maidstone and visiting sites across the South East. You must be a car driver, company car included. Duties - Ensuring that training and development contributes and influences improved performance quality in the workplace - Being at the forefront of learning, training and organisational development strategy across the group - Reviewing processes and implementing changes as necessary - Leading on implementing a new IT System - Designing and delivering a range of learning programme - Working with business leaders to ensure staff have the right skills - Supporting line managers with talent mapping and performance management - Developing training initiatives - Overseeing the performance management and performance review cycle Salary £45 - £50,000 plus car and benefits Unfortunately, due to the high number of applications currently being received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
