Well then read on At ABR, were working with a leading Digital media agency to find a Paid Search Account Director to join the team and take the lead on a couple of their Key Accounts. The accounts youll be managing focus in the health and beauty sector, across both B2B and B2C campaigns. With a couple of Account Managers and Account Executives reporting into you, this role is very much focused on the strategic targeting side of paid search and being that key contact for the client. Whilst the role is already at Account Director level, this client is really fantastic in terms of personal development and they look for people who are always wanting to grow and develop. With each person that joins the business and the team, they will build out a bespoke growth plan in terms of how you continually progress forward. As well as clear progression routes and support to progress, they have a great benefits package spanning across 7.5% employer Pension contribution, 25 Days Annual leave (which over time increases to 30 days) as well as your Birthday off every year, Discounts in a wide range of shops and restaurants locally, Tech discounts, working from home allowance and great parental leave packages. Honestly, all of this plus exciting clients, what is there to think about? Theyre looking for someone who can lead a team of specialists and really use audience data to carve out effective strategic targeting. You will need proven experience in running complex Google Ads Accounts as well as proven experience with Bid Management tools (i.e SA360). As well as a good understanding of the hands-on side of paid search, you will also need to have strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Youll also need to naturally be an analytic and data-led strategic thinker always considering the scalability of plans, strategies and opportunities. Key responsibilities will include: Manage a team of search experts (Both Account Managers and Account Executives) on a key health and beauty account. Define commercial model and KPIs defending search investment and revenues. Identify and develop growth opportunities within search. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders including the clients. Develop and lead Quarterly Paid Search review meetings. Pilot innovations, new Google products and lead a test and learn agenda.
