Registered Manager

The Role: In the Registered Manager role, you'll report to the Company Director and will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of a domiciliary service. Specifically, you'll be tasked with ensuring policies and procedures are updated and robust. You'll also be tasked with writing reports including assessments, reviews and risk assessments. This position is based in the company's Bolton office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply. The Candidate: To be the right person for Registered Manager role you will need direct experience of domiciliary management. We also need you to have prior experience of supporting vulnerable people with communication needs and managing a large staff team. It's important that you also have the following: - Ideally hold a NVQ level 4 or 5 in leadership & management - Excellent people management and leadership, communication and interpersonal skills - Good knowledge of CQC, health & social care act, DoLS and mental capacity act You'll also need to be the following: - Confident and articulate communicator with ability to build strong relationships with all relevant bodies - Flexible to participate in an out of hours on-call rota - Passionate about promoting independence Is that you? The Package: The basic salary for the Registered Manager role is up to £35,000 per annum.
