Role summary: This critical role is accountable for operations and service delivery working collaboratively with the Account Management Teams to ensure the operation is aligned to client strategy. The role is both remote and on-site management, leadership of theTeams based on site which includes a number of hospital locations with 2/3 direct reports. Ultimately this role will empower and ignite their teams; ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, tools and confidence to provide their customers (NHS ward managers and NHSP flexible workers) with exceptional service; our aim is to be a customer obsessed organisation. The local NHSP teams, NHSP flexible workers and NHS customers will look to the Trust Services Area Manager to ensure there is adequate experienced cover to provide exceptional customer support throughout their time with NHSP. It is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, excellent time management and an ability to prioritise a variety of demands. The customers and NHSP teams are equally as important and the local service delivery performance results will be a measurement of success.
