HR Business Partner

A logistics business are looking for a HR/ People Business Partner support the business and HR function permanently. An international logistics business keen to hire a HR/ People Business Partner who will work on the full business partner cycle from change management & development initiatives to reporting & HR project management. In this permanent role you will be reporting in to the Head of People for UK & Europe, you will play an important role within the business and partner with senior heads company wide, this is a great opportunity to work for a fantastic international company who have huge growth plans HR/ People Business Partner Responsibilities Working with business leaders across the business on HR polices and change management. Supporting managers on performance issues, ER, performance management and employee development through consultative support. Coordination of development initiatives in line with the company expansion plan and reporting performance management processes. Liaising with external vendors and acting as an internal point of contact for business matters. Working on compliance matters and assisting with internal talent recruitment. HR/ People Business Partner Requirements Degree in a Human Resources, Business, Social or similar field 10-15 years of experience Previously worked in an internal company Ideally had generalist HR experience Ability to work and communicate with senior stakeholders Resilience and drive to work in a fast paced environment This role is required to work in office for 5 days a week. Offices are located towards Enfield.
