Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative

Role Overview NCO Europe currently looking for Dutch-speaking CustomerService Representatives to join us to work on behalf of one of most recognised American credit card companies. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate fluently in Dutch, previous customer service experience and good level of English will be a distinct advantage. What you will be doing The purpose of the role is to secure the resolution of outstanding credit card balances through direct contact with customers via telephone and email interactions. This position will involve dealing with customers in Holland. Manage a caseload of customer accounts, contact the customers to gather key information and agree a mutually acceptable payment solution. To maximise payments by using strong negotiation skills. Achieve call volume/productivity and quality targets as set out by the company. Negotiate payments that are affordable and sustainable What we are looking for Fluency in Dutch and ability to type in English.
