Internal Business Development Executive

A national manufacturing firm are seeking an Internal Business Development Executive The Role You will be joining a well-established national business contacting clients on the company existing database proactively identifying business and securing sales opportunities developing repeat business accounts Account management of regular business Quotes on an inbound or outbound basis Lead generation Appointment making for BDMs Competitor analysis This role requires individuals who are tenacious and enjoy new business development Ideal candidates will have a successful background in sales Requires proven sales experience in a target driven environment, you'll also need to demonstrate a confident approach, strong communicator who is confident speaking to business owners and senior management in a professional and persuasive dialogue Generate sales revenue and work towards personal, team and company targets Ideally we need you to be Experience in a sales environment Professional and confident telephone manner is a must have for success Self-motivated approaching work with a mature, positive sales attitude Drive to succeed in a target driven professional sales environment Demonstrate the ability to consistently work towards and exceed expectations Tenacious, with a desire to succeed, self-motivated, ability to overcome client rejection Strong telephone manner, clarity, confidence to project offer over the telephone Proven track record in sales with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow ensuring financial sales objectives are delivered Excellent room for career progression to develop into a BDM or technical sales role and training available, free car parking is available. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and 8am to 4.30pm Friday.
