IT Support Technician

Roles and Responsibilities: Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Logging issues Using a ticketing system Testing and configuration 1 st line support Hardware and software support Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and PC Paramedics. Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge: Good written communication skills Good academic grades Willingness and passion to learn Problem solving skills Good with multi-tasking Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics is required Salary, Hours & Holidays: Annual salary of £10,725 Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am- 5 pm 20 Days holiday entitlement 8 bank holidays.
