Marketing and Communications Manager - healthcare communications This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Marketing and Communications Manager . This role will involve reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer and working closely with the senior management team. The role will be varied being responsible for promoting our clients companies to increase company visibility to support company business and company recruitment Who are you? You will be a strong commercial and creative marketer who loves to drive customer and candidates awareness developing innovative and engaging marketing campaigns. This role is newly created and will be autonomous so we are looking for someone that is driven and a self-starter who can work effectively at senior management level. This opportunity will also sometimes involve driving internal brand awareness What will the role involve? Deriving, driving and owning the creation and implementation of a strategic marketing plan that builds company brands as well as driving and owning the creation of and adherence to the companies communication ethos, ultimately defining the views of the company that becomes the fore of all communications. Typical responsibilities will involve 1.Proposingand agreeing and reportingspecificmonthly, quarterly and annual KPIs 2.Create and implement marketing initiativesand customer experience journeys 3. Undertakestakeholder analysis,mappingand segmentationtokey specialist media (considering earned, owned and paid opportunities), andsocial/online influencersin order todesign and deliverappropriately targetedmarketing campaigns required for growthand recruitment 4.Develop and maintain up to date competitor analysis 5.Managethe design,productionand placementof promotionalmaterials 6.Socialand trademedia channels ensuring a constant, relevant news flow 7.Assessingthe potential valueofkey industry forums, societies, sponsorships, awards entries and events, 8.Identifyingand developingspeakingopportunities and other platforms for key individuals within the business, 9.Provide ad-hoc swift response to emerging market developments and trends so as to giveour clienta voice in specific online and offline media 10.Partner withourclientspeople and culture leads to ensure synergies across internal and external communications programmes, with an emphasis on attracting and retaining the most talented people Experience and Competencies Required Ideally ascience or business degree, Broad experience gained from working within health communicationsor pharmaceutical brand managementinmarketingroles is essential, Budget management experience and aproventrack record ofachieving marketing targets, lead generation campaignsandrevenue generation initiatives. Strong analytical, enquiring, insightful and strategic thinking abilities.
