Sales Administrator

SPX Sealite are a global manufacturer of products in the Aids to Navigation sector (AtoN). We offer the widest range of AtoN products in the marketplace. We are looking for a Sales Administrator join a facility in Lowestoft initially on a fixed term contract up to 12 months as a maternity cover. You will support the UK & Europe sales team and its customers in all aspects of the sales cycle including requests for quotations, tender/quote preparation, order processing and technical support. Main duties of the Sales Administrator: Assisting with in-bound phone calls Actively managing customer orders Resolving customer issues Sales administration Deliver excellent customer service ensuring good communications with all internal and external customers Maintaining existing customer relationships Understanding customer requirements Assisting with developing and preparing Sales proposals including tender preparation Preparing and processing sales quotations and orders Providing customers with updated information Answering customer enquiries Co-ordinating with other departments as required Maintaining the CRM to ensure its accuracy Requirement for the Sales Administrator: 1 years Customer Service or Sales Admin experience Good Microsoft Office skills CRM experience required preferably in Salesforce Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ideally have some experience of Sage50
