Marketing Automation Manager

Marketing Acquisition Campaign Marketing Manager - Sutton or Bristol - Hybrid - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract with potential conversion to permanent We have an opportunity for an impressive Acquisition Campaign Manager to join our global XpertHR marketing team, responsible for delivering the acquisition strategy for our pay equality analytics solution, Gapsquare. We are looking for a talented marketing professional with a strong skillset in campaign management, able to hit the ground running with a delivery-focused mindset. Key responsibilities - Responsible and accountable for owning, driving and executing an integrated acquisition strategy for Gapsquare, part of XpertHR. This includes: Utilising the full marketing mix including, but not exclusive to email, PPC, third party, social media, events, webinars, SEO/web and PR Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns in line with the customer lifecycle Driving sales enablement through strong sales and marketing alignment and providing lead management guidance, and where necessary, tools, content and support to allow the sales team to sell more effectively Working closely with our new business team to drive the sales pipeline, growing the volume of inbound leads to support revenues - In this delivery focussed role you will be a key contributor to acquisition marketing KPIs, accountable for execution and reporting ROI, with a particular focus on the delivery of lead volumes - Use campaign results to evaluate performance, optimise campaigns and formulate a future plan - Proactively test new and/or improved marketing campaigns within the context of the wider marketing and business strategy - Brief and manage agencies and third party media brands on specific marketing campaigns - You will work closely with our specialist marketers, sales team and award winning editorial team and product team to define and communicate our user proposition - You will have a thorough understanding of buying cycle, the competitive and customer landscape, designing marketing campaigns that satisfy the requirements of our audience and deliver maximum ROI - Develop an effective relationship with key stakeholder groups, timely communicate marketing activities and results - Copywriting of all advertising and promotional campaigns - Track all marketing campaigns using our analytics platform - You will translate marketing results into sales stories for our sales team Key Skills and Qualifications - Proven knowledge and experience of online marketing techniques, including email, SEO, PPC, social media, and display advertising - Sales alignment and enablement experience - Effective project management and budget management skills - Exceptional organisational skills - A relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills - Results driven - Strong copywriting and proof reading skills are a must have in this position - Innovative, enthusiastic, resilient with can-do attitude, problem solver - University degree or equivalent. Marketing qualification will be seen as a bonus
