Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant Healthcare

Overview of the role We are looking for a conscientious, pro-active, and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Resourcer / Recruitmetn Consultant. The Clinical Resoucer / Recruitment Consultant is responsible for driving targeted recruitment campaigns to find and attract Doctors, Surgeons and Nurses capable of working in 18 Week Support's clinical services. You will work closely with the Head of Clinical Recruitment and Head of Operations and assist across an array of tasks from running marketing campaigns, registering suitable candidates and selling 18 Week Support, and supporting the comliance team bring canidates through the registration process. We operate a Hybrid working model, partly remote. Overview of 18 Week Support As the leading provider of clinical insourcing services to the NHS, 18 Week Support partners with NHS Trusts to reduce referral to treatment waiting times and provide ongoing clinical capacity management solutions. Running targeted recruitment drives to find and attract clinicians in the areas 18 Week Support needs most Running marketing campaigns via social media and advertising platforms Registering prospective candidates and sell 18 Week Support to gain interest and chaperone them through the registration process Maintaining a healthy pipleline of candidates to help suppport company growth Working closely with the compliance team to ensure candidates complete the registration process Building an active network of candidates in the medical/surgical specialities you are assigned to Communicating with internal divisions regurlarly with updates on candidates coming through your pipeline Essential Excellent, professional phone manner Comfortable working in fast paced environment Ability to multi task Procificent in Microsoft Word and Excel Computer literate and comfortable with working with CRM software Diserable Experience in a Medical Recruitment setting Experience in a candidate resourcing capacity Phone sales/B2B or B2C experience Medical compliance/recruitment experience If you are tried of working in a recruitment agency environment thats all about sales, then come join us.
