Registered Care Branch Manager

Full-time, permanent job vacancy, Registered Care/Branch Manager, Maidenhead, Berkshire. We are recruiting for a talented Registered Care/Branch Manager for a domiciliary/homecare company close to the Maidenhead area. The job could be ideal for an experienced Manager who wants a fresh start and a new challenge, or for an up-and-coming star who has experience as a Coordinator or Supervisor and is ready for the next step. If thats you, then this may be the perfect opportunity. £28K - £35K per annum DOE potential bonus. Full-time, plus out of hours on rota basis. 700 care hours delivered per week. Minimum 3-years experience in homecare service in either Manager/Coordinator/Supervisor role. Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent. Car Drivers essential. The Provider You would be joining a national Domiciliary/Homecare Provider and leading brand, which is independently owned and led. They aim to deliver the very best care available, the sort of care you would want for your own relative. Your Role They are looking for a vibrant and passionate Registered Care/Branch Manager who will ensure that the homecare support they provide is delivered the way the customers want it, when they want it, and is delivered to the highest possible standard. Someone who can help continue to grow the branch and mentor their existing team. They have a fantastic support network in place to support you in your role, integrate you into the service, and there will be opportunities to develop into Operations roles in the future.
