HR Business Partner A new opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join our world-leading manufacturing client based in the Scarborough area. As a HR Business Partner you will an integrated part of the business. The key purpose of the HR Business Partner is to collaborate with senior management to provide a high level of HR insight and activity that contributes towards maximising operational efficiency and performance. Applicants will have experience within UK employment law and practices, managing complex HR projects and experience of working in lean manufacturing environments. Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner Propose efficient HR solutions (costs time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of Group and Country HR policies Contribute to the design of organisations (resources, processes) to suit business challenges Manage the People aspect of the Company Performance System Coordinate, with the site leader, the resources business needs within the framework of the organisation Leading the implementation of change management processes Coordinate and guarantee that the HR processes and programs are correctly carried out around the company values Contribute to people development (key talents and individual cases in line with regulations and values) Drive Learning and Development initiatives at site level Managing labour relations and legal aspects for the entity Contribute to occupational health and well-being initiatives Responsible for the data accuracy and integrity for the site HR Information Systems Applicants interested in the HR Business Partner role should possess the following Skills and Experience: Several year's experience in a related commercially focus HR role Strong communication and influencing skills You need to be a self-starter and enthusiastic CIPD qualified (Charted Institute of Personnel and Development) or Equivalent Problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills Proven ability to develop and deliver effective HR solutions Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload This role is a permanent opportunity.
