Talent Acquisition Partner - London / Flexible working We are supporting an international financial services organisation on their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is responsible for all permanent and contingent hiring across EMEA. As a key role in this team the Talent Acquisition Partner will be a subject-matter-expert, with a proven track record in managing end to end recruitment processes from event and inclusive hiring campaigns to volume and specialty requirements across our organisation In order to be considered for this role: Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or via an outsourced provider. Previous experience in delivering direct sourcing as part of an overall sourcing strategy. Excellent Interpersonal and motivation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability at building relationships both internally and externally. Proficient with technology alongside an ability to adapt to, implement and maximise efficient use of new talent acquisition technologies and tools. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA Partner to join a leading financial services organisation on an initial 6 month basis with the potential to extend or go permanent, during an exciting period of growth and change.
