HR Advisor/Employee Relations Specialist

Our client a leader in environmental services is looking to expand their HR team and are looking to recruit an additional HR Advisor/Employee Relations Specialist on an initial 6-month contract. At present they are the third largest environmental services provider in Europe and their success is reflected in the high level of service it provides. Primary role of HR Advisor/Employee Relations Specialist Manage and monitor sickness and absence and manage a diverse and varied ER caseload. The key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner: Support managers with all welfare, wellbeing, and performance of all employees. Provide sound advice on all employee relations matters Manage a varied and sometimes complex ER caseload Assist in all training requirements Coach and support managers with absence, performance, and capability issues. Required Qualifications and experience Experience in managingcomplex cases and skilled in resolving conflict early Part or full CIPD Ability to form effective working relationships with all stakeholders to include trade unions. In return you will receive a very competitive salary within the industry and 25 days holiday. This is a 6-month contract initially with a potential to convert to permanent.
