Key Account Manager - Accessories

One of our wonderful clients are looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team, particularly working in the accessories division. The Account Manager will manage and grow their existing accounts, including high street and the supermarkets, but any business development experience is advantageous, particularly with international customers. The responsibilities of the Key Account Manager will include: Regularly meeting with the customers, developing working relationships, and presenting designs, advising propositions and providing excellent customer service Liaising closely with the office and team in China Reaching out to relevant customers and onboarding new accounts Working with the in-house designers to develop quality ranges Reporting on the market and competitor activities Negotiate costings to achieve the best possible margins Forecasting and reporting on sales on a monthly basis The Key Account Manager will report into the Head of Sales to report on sales and sourcing for each account. It is not essential that the Key Account Manager has worked on accessories before, however you must have worked within the fashion industry or on a creative product, be commercially aware and above all have excellent people skills.
