Contact Centre Manager - Sales

LOCATION: MILTON KEYNES SALARY: UP TO £60,000 PLUS EXCELLENT BONUS AND BENEFITS PACKAGE About the Role My client is looking for a brilliant and engaging Contact Centre Manager to take on my clients successful outbound and inbound sales contact centre in Milton Keynes due to growth and expansion. This role requires an experienced Sales leader who is passionate about driving teams to succeed. This individual will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a group of team leaders to enable maximum productivity and performance. They will need to be forward thinking in developing the team processes and individuals as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities: Manage and motivate teams to achieve individual and team sales targets and associated KPIs Provide coaching and feedback to team leaders to ensure continuous development Work with the regional managers to maximise conversion of appointments to successful sales Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales figures and MI Introduce fresh incentives to engage and drive the team Maintain a culture of customer excellence Maintain a thorough knowledge of groups products and services throughout the team Proactively seek out areas of opportunity to develop the Call Centre function Skills & Experience: Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment Proven ability to coach and mentor salespeople An excellent communicator professional, polite and confident in leading a team of managers Can demonstrate influence and empathy Previous experience in telesales or sales management A want for earning potential and progression High degree of resilience What we can offer you: Salary up to £60,000 per annum (realistic OTE of £90k-£100k) An uncapped additional bonus scheme 5% matched pension scheme Perks Platform (discounted cinema, gym membership, restaurants and more) Healthcare & Cashback plan Opportunities to progress within a large and expanding business 25 days holidays (plus bank hols)
