Manufacturing Support Administrator

If so this could be the role for you We have an exciting opportunity for an Manufacturing Support Administrator to join our team based in Andover. We are seeking someone to provide a full range of administrative support to the Production Supervisor and Operations Manager. This role would suit candidates with an understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and experience of working in a similar fast paced role. Principal duties and responsibilities: To operate Sage and undertake a variety of sales and purchasing duties as required To create sales orders, dispatch notes and invoices using the SAGE system To undertake monthly stock takes and liaise with finance to ensure figures are correct Ensure that all master drawings are kept up to date and that the correct ISO processes are followed. To have a knowledge or have seen Technical drawings before and assist in managing production schedules in line with customer completion dates To work methodically and keep all administration records organised and up to date. To understand health & safety processes & keep records & risk assessments updated To carry out any other duties that are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and experience of using SAGE The ability to interpret technical drawings and parts The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and confident in liaising with the production team and external customers and suppliers. Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be beneficial Competent SAGE, Microsoft Office and Outlook user.
