This is a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding in-house recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, delivering a first-class recruitment service to colleagues in our Automotive businesses.

As an in-house expert, you will have ownership of a pipeline of recruitment campaigns - your hiring managers trust you to proactively source, qualify and recommend talented people for their team, whilst your candidates receive an exceptional experience, even if their journey ends without an offer.

About you

At heart, you are a people person and you thrive when you can really get to know your hiring managers and their teams;

You are an experienced recruiter with a proven record of sourcing and building talent pools, preferably with exposure to the automotive technician or driving sector;

You identify and engage passive candidate pools to find the right skills – You think outside of the box and have a detailed understanding of proactive, direct sourcing methods including Linkedin Recruiter, social media, networking and Boolean search methods;

You are comfortable working at pace, independently managing a number of campaigns to sometimes competing timelines, without compromising the quality of your work;

You have exceptional customer focus and can build credibility with hiring managers and candidates alike to deliver a service that exceeds their expectations.
