We are now seeking a customer focused, experienced and certified macOS Service Desk Engineer to join our Service Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive a strong and consistent service experience.

What you will be doing:

As a macOS Service Desk Engineer, you will provide key IT support for our client’s macOS users, ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.

You will be the first point of contact for all IT issues and queries, both face to face, over the phone and through a ticketing system.

Owning, managing and resolving incidents, you will complete requests, as well as acting as a technical lead in a major incident or a priority situation.

About You:

- At least two years’ demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Clear and confident communicator to all levels and abilities
- A proven problem solver
- Able to deliver and troubleshoot complex technical solutions
- Strong documentation skills
- Adaptable and flexible
- Good time management and prioritisation skills

You will also need good technical knowledge in the following:

- macOS, iOS and iPadOS
- Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace (formally G Suite)
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Networking, VOIP, and Security
- Endpoint Protection (Anti-Virus)

Technical knowledge in any of the following would be advantageous: Apple Business Manager, RMM – Apple specific, directory-as-a-Service (DaaS), virtualisation and virtual desktop and/or creative and media desktop applications such as Creative Cloud and font management.

An Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification and/or other Apple certifications would be beneficial to your application. An ITIL foundation and/or a good understanding of the ITIL framework would also be desirable, as would a Google Workspace (formally G Suite) certification.
