Customer Sales & Service Support

This individual’s primary focus will be supporting the Sales and Service Team on quotes, customer follow-up, scheduling, customer maintenance and management.

Job Requirements:

Primary Job Duties

  • Responsible for assisting customers with product and service questions
  • Troubleshoot product or service problems by clarifying customer’s issues and offering solution
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting other products and services
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information in CRM
  • Field customer phone calls for the sales division
  • Take call/quote customer/follow up after quote/follow up after service or delivery
  • Assist with scheduling, shipping services and inventory
  • Check Service Work Orders on all service calls/jobs for accuracy
  • Continue to expand customer base by helping to develop leads 

Qualifications & Skills

  • University/college degree is an asset
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems a plus
  • Previous experience, especially in particular industry, preferred
