Description

Provides project management, research, and analysis assistance for the day to day support of the ATS and CRM systems. Acts as a departmental liaison to supplement the receipt of new project requests that impact the ATS workflow such as PeopleSoft, CRM, and Saas systems. Assists and creates simple reports from ATS to support TA (Talent Acquisition) leadership by reviewing and analyzing departmental measurement reports specific to TA department. Manages ATS projects and upgrades in Microsoft project to ensure on time and on budget upgrades. Computerizes process flows, procedures and maintains library of processes for TA leadership. Knowledge of all system settings, user impact and acceptance testing. Partners with TA administrator as the only two people with in-depth knowledge and management access and skills on the Taleo system. Assists with ATS project implementations and application support for applications utilized by HR for the tracking of support. Administrator for the overall use and implementation of the CRM by TA team members.

Qualifications

Degrees: Bachelors

Additional Qualifications: BA degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting the ATS (Applicant tracking System) as a functional lead. Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Project, and Business Objects is required. Experience with the CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) system. Experience as a project manager for the ATS system managing the ATS Administrator Queue, Vendor TAM (Technical Account Manager) tracking logs, and weekly Vendor incident calls required. Backup ATS administration responsibility and duties required. Functional lead Support for quarterly ATS upgrades and Peoplesoft and SaaS implementations. Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills required ; must be project-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks. Motivated self-starter, superior organization skills, and excellent communicator. Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast paced, demanding and complex work environment required with little or no supervision. Capability of performing research and analytical skills required. Excellent customer service required. Demonstrable proactive problem solving and mentor qualities. Ability to follow directions with little supervision. Team player attitude. Travel between BHSF campuses on demand. Experience preparing, coordinating and providing training required.
