Rolland started as a Lock and Key company in 1905 in New Orleans, Louisiana. After becoming a well established Locksmith company in the early 1900's Rolland began selling and manufacturing Safes and expanded its service offerings all over the nation. In 1990, Rolland became an international company when we opened our first location in Mexico. Now Rolland has expanded its security offerings far beyond Safes and Locks and is now a fully integrated security technology company as we design, install, service, and monitor Alarm Systems, Video Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems. Rolland Solutions is looking for an individual with a knowledge and practice of sales who is looking to expand their ability to move the sales process forward, use their talents and learning ability to become relationship builders and expand their career as a business development professional. The selected candidate will use the following skills to enhance their path to success:

· Prospect opportunities and contacts and convert to discussions and proposals

· Use existing and developed networks to facilitate new conversations

· Creatively educate partners about Rolland, its products, its abilities and how we can effectively partner with them.

· Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships

· Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets

· Create, monitor and maintain a pipeline of business from inception to fruition

This position will involve the following skills:

Read and write the English language

Read and write the Spanish language

Pass a criminal background check

Have worked in a business to business capacity in a current or past position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Job Requirements:
  • Help growing business through direct, business-to-business sales
  • Drive fresh new sales/business
  • Ensure monthly new business sales goals
  • Generate new business by performing sales calls and prospecting new business
  • Work with existing sales infrastructure for new business development
  • Review weekly sales plan that includes current business and new business development
  • Increase sales account penetration to generate business development
  • Attending business development meetings with the business development specialist
  • Develop sales strategies to secure new business
  • Generating new business to business sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers
  • Generate new sales and business opportunities within assigned customer territory
  • Uncover and identify new business opportunities for business development, sales and marketing initiatives
  • Complete extensive training for sales and business development
  • Achieve target of closed new business sales
  • Closing business with new customers
  • Uncover opportunities for business development
  • Obtaining new business through outbound cold calling
  • Provide weekly sales updates to sales management
  • Develop budgets and execute business sales functions within a sales territory
  • Identify potential, new business development opportunities
