We are looking for a dynamic acquisition manager....someone who has been a leader of sales production for a previous company. SOMEONE WHO IS AS INTERESTED IN PERSONAL GROWTH AS MUCH AS THEY ARE FINANCIAL GROWTH.

Position Description

  • Acquisitions / Sales position.
  • Work from home to manage lead flow. Travel to local residential homes to negotiate contracts to purchase the property.
  • You will be provided warm leads from the company's marketing efforts and expect you to generate your own leads through calling, text, networking, etc.

Position Responsibilities

  • Facilitate incoming leads.
  • Set appointments to visit homes and negotiate contracts to purchase property.
  • Assess the value of properties and put offers together.
  • Follow up with potential leads.
  • Manage workflow and create pipeline of potential clients

Position Qualifications

  • Experience in sales.
  • Experience Negotiating Contracts.
  • Experience with in-home presentations.
  • Experience working a commission based position.
  • Experience being the top sales agent at previous employment.
