Sales Team Data Analyst

Position responsibilities:
  • Support the Membership Sales organization with reporting and analysis
  • Review Sales data for quality issues and implement controls and reporting to prevent/detect issues
  • Assist Clubs with researching and addressing any issues related to Sales data
  • Enhance current reports and provide ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Support Regional Sales teams with Salesforce adoption reports
  • Support Membership pricing reviews
  • Point of contact for any membership sales questions and coordinate with IT if needed
  • Assist with preparation of training materials on sales systems and reports
Experience and skill requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in analytics, finance or related field
  • One to two years experience with finance or operational reporting preferred
  • One to two years of SQL programming to query, manipulate and analyze large data sets
  • One to two years of BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Proficient in Excel - Intermediate to Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, complex formulas and ability to create SmartView Adhoc reports
  • Basic knowledge of finance, accounting and budgeting principles and practices
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of Management and other Employee Partners
  • Ability to produce quality work within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage multiple projects
