Corporate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

A health services network in New Jersey is actively seeking a new Corporate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a promising opportunity with their growing staff.

Responsibilities:

The Corporate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will:
  • Conduct reviews on reports written by BCBAs to ensure compliance with ABA standards and insurance requirements
  • Conduct reviews on program set up and treatment plans to ensure compliance with ABA standards and insurance requirements
  • Evaluate client performance based on data, graphs, and assessment reports
  • Provide training, support, and guidance for BCBAs
  • Provide some tech support with regards to the CentralReach
  • Communicate with the BCBAs respectfully and in a way that creates a supportive environment

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 
  • Experience working and training individuals with Developmental Disabilities and/or Behavior challenges with ABA
  • Experience working with cases that were funded by insurance
  • Experience with Clinical Quality Assurance work
  • Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
