HR Transformation Change Manager 27576

A global leader in the retail pharmacy and wellness market is focused on offering their customers groundbreaking solutions to expand offerings and become the health and well-being partner of choice.

This contract role as a HR Transformation Change Manager in Deerfield, IL is responsible for engaging with members from our global HR transformation team, who sit in both the US and UK on change management-related efforts.

Responsibilities:

•        Engaging with members from our global HR transformation team, who sit in both the US and UK on change management-related efforts

•        Partner closely with the Change management workstream lead, our UK-based change specialist, an external party change team and our internal communications partner

•        Engage key HR and business stakeholders to assess impact and partner with external partners to build change strategy, design solutions, implement, deliver and measure change effectiveness

•        Create and build deliverables that encompass a variety of change management efforts.

Requirements:

 

•        Bachelor’s Degree

•        Creating change management-related content, conducting impact assessment, and can articulate findings in a succinct manner that’s meaningful to the intended outcomes

•        Creating and summarizing the data that will assist in both long-and short-range strategic planning for the implementation and delivery of change management activities for our HR transformation

•        Collaborating cross-functionally across all enterprise partners to identify impacted stakeholders, document current and future state, and assess the degree of impact to the end users

•        Deep expertise in the change management discipline with strong willingness for the “doing” of change management also (producing change deliverables to a high quality).

•        Works in an agile and nimble way, who can operate with a global, employee-centric mindset

•        An ability to develop, build & deploy change management solutions for future-state operating models

Preferred Job Requirements:

•        Has lead/supported E2E change management efforts through an HR transformation

•        Exceptional PowerPoint skills, articulating key points in a succinct visual manner
