The eCommerce Product Manager will own the direction and implementation of MCC’s strategic eCommerce initiative.  Partnering with sales, marketing, finance, operations, customer service, and multiple third parties, this role will own the analysis, discovery, design, development, implementation, and operation of the emerging eCommerce platform globally.  The role will operate across all geographies and business units to develop a platform that digitally enables the acquisition of new customers and the on-going service of all existing customers.


  • In partnership with IT, marketing, sales and operations, leads the analysis and discovery of customer and market opportunities. Runs cross functional strategic planning sessions to build and maintain a strategic roadmap for the eCommerce program and all associated projects. Identifies approach and sequence for roll out of global geographies, customer segments, product lines and functionality.
  • Owns the project management and delivery of projects in the eCommerce roadmap.
  • Acts as a strategic thought partner in staying abreast of best practices and emerging technologies in eCommerce.
  • Manages multiple consultants and third parties to develop, host and maintain the eCommerce platform.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, system analysis, project management or related experience.
  • Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing technologies and/or related fields.
  • Experience with Magento Commerce, desired.
  • Experience in building system roadmaps.
  • eCommerce skills. Prefer background in configured/engineered products.
  • Digital product management, system analysis, product discovery, product delivery and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions; ability to influence.
  • Observing and assessing customer needs and opportunities; finding product market fit.
  • Establish, foster and maintain highly collaborative working relationships with strategic partners.                                                                         
  • Willing to travel domestically or internationally, as required (less than 20%).
  • Ability to work under stress and with multiple competing priority and minimal supervision.
