We are looking for a self-motivated individual to work with our realtor and lender client base. The job role is customer facing and requires excellent customer service and communication skills. The candidate must have the ability to multi tasks and be highly efficient.

Job Details

Responsibilities include the Following:
  • Clear title by resolving title defects, satisfying liens and encumbrances against the parties or property.
  • Properly deposit funds in escrow accounts and maintain proper accounting procedures.
  • Satisfy all title lender, contract and title requirements by obtaining proper documentation and collection of fees associated
  • Review all documents including HOA status letters, tax certificates, final water reports, POA’s and other requirements prior to closing.
  • Schedule closing with customers
  • Process lender requests and updates to title
  • Respond in a timely, professional and courteous manner to any customer inquiries
  • Complies with regulatory requirements by adhering, and enforcing adherence, to requirements.

Skill and Educational Requirements:
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • 1+ years of previous closing or title experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and detail oriented
  • Learning and Growth Ability - you enjoy and excel at learning new information or skills
  • Organized - you put processes into comprehensible order and execute in an efficient manner
  • Adaptable and Flexible - you maintain focus and positive attitude amidst change or under pressure
  • Time Management - you spend time on what is important and managing everyday details and long term responsibilities
  • Ability to build and maintain solid business relationships.
