Job Duties:

• Supervise a team of 9 inspectors and technicians. 
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Review Acceptance Test Procedures and Environmental Stress Screening to ensure instructions are accurate and comprehensive
• Ensure employees follow Acceptance Test Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure than work area is safe and organized
• Set goals for completion of tasks and deadlines
• Coordinate repair/testing of customer return units
• Prepare and submit performance reviews
• Track time and attendance of employees
• Hire and train new employees
• Assist technicians troubleshooting PCB assemblies to component level
• Review production standards to ensure correct allocation of time
• Provide feedback to the production area to improve quality and reduce rework
• Assist and support Engineering department with electrical testing, Environmental Stress Screening on new products
• Review datasheets and inspect units before products are returned to service (FAA Repairman)

Requirements:

• 1-2 + years of supervisory experience
• Engineering Degree in a related field (Preferred)
• 5 - 7+ years of experience of electronics QC experience.
