What you will be doing: has an opportunity for a top, high volume TA Recruiter, who will work collaboratively with managers, interview teams and HRBPs to identify and attract the best candidates while engaging with the talent throughout the hiring process.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Participate in the full cycle recruiting efforts in accordance with local regulations
  • Develop hiring strategies for specific roles to identify and attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates using a variety of sources.
  • Leverages well establish sourcing methods and platforms
  • Support the writing of job descriptions and publish them using ATS and external job boards.
  • Conduct phone screens and structured interviews for entry to mid-level positions, both onsite and virtually, to gain insight into candidates experience and motivations.
  • Provide recommendations and candidate profile information to hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Manage the offer process.
  • Provide an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
  • Facilitate pre-briefing and debriefing meetings, as appropriate, to ensure the hiring manager and interviewers are aligned around expectations for the role, interview process and other relevant details.
  • Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders including pipeline data, market insights, recommendations and ensure objectivity in hiring decisions.
  • Build rapport with candidates, sharing details on the opportunities and business, showing the value proposition and culture and being an ambassador for the brand.
  • Maintain a consistent communication cascade with candidates, keeping them in loop at each step of the process, ensuring they are prepared for interviews and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide honest feedback to candidates throughout the process and maintain a positive relationship regardless of the hiring decision.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Proactively share ideas and recommendations on how to improve and/or streamline the Talent Acquisition process and programs including providing thoughts on better ways to manage and share data
  • Stay up to date on latest Talent Acquisitions trends, platforms and technology and bring these forth to the team.
  • Maintain operational excellence by following the Talent Acquisition processes and utilizing systems and tools appropriately to ensure high quality data integrity in ATS.

  • High school diploma – college degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of fast paced, high volume TA/ Recruiting or equivalent experience.
