HIRE Strategies is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Talent Services division. We are a mission and purpose driven organization with an intentional desire to help others achieve their career goals.

The Hire Strategies Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the internal efforts of the Talent Services Team specifically as it relates to the recruiting efforts associated with identifying External Talent for the Administrative, Manufacturing and Construction divisions of Hire Strategies. This role is also responsible for leading Talent Placement & Account Management efforts associated with clients that fall under those divisions. Operational aspects of this role include Client Relations, Process Improvements, Talent Relations and leading the talent services team.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Support/lead internal efforts to promote Hire Strategies capabilities through targeted public industry related events, i.e. Job Fairs, Conferences, Networking Events, etc.

· Execute and identify strategies to attract, identify, screen, and secure qualified external talent to fulfill client needs. These efforts include, interviewing, job postings, hiring events and building relationships with clients and talent.

· Execute successful Pipeline Management Process and Strategy to ensure candidates are in place for potential opportunities.

· Execute streamlining on processes for added efficiency and data analysis

· Supervise & Streamline efforts to regular contact & communication with current assigned Active clients for customer service checks, checking levels of satisfaction, potential performance issues with talent, future needs, etc.

· Make periodic contacts with Inactive Clients to seek out potential needs and business opportunities, while also maintaining strong Client relationships & partnerships.

· Participate in the New Hire Orientation Training Process for Internal team members.

· Serve as a member of the Hire Strategies Guidance Team to help lead to organization forward by ensuring decisions are made for the “Greater Good of Hire Strategies” and ensure messages are properly communicated throughout the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
