Office Administrator

Busy real estate owner/ office looking for part time office administrator. Prior real estate or property management is a plus but willing to train. Full time position starting from $16-$20 (depending on experience and motivation) Bonus pay possible-Sales training-Real estate investment training - Property management training.

-Computer literacy is required. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is needed.

-Someone with Great ATTENTION to DETAIL organization sills, and warm temperament

-MUST BE ABLE TO MULTITASK

-Able to take direction and work independently

General Job Duties Include:

-Answering phone calls and directing calls

-Creating and maintaining office files

-Creating and maintaining real estate documents

-Scanning , faxing and filing documents

-Assisting with some aspects of property management

-Ordering office supplies

-General office cleaning as needed

-Willingness to acquire a real estate license and notary a PLUS but not mandatory

-Other responsibilities as assigned by owner

-Also available Real Estate sales assistant needed for BROKER/OWNER sales team- base pay and commission, plenty of FREE LEADS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
