B2B Sales Executive - Hemp Industry

Responsible for promoting and selling products or services in order to grow sales and profitability. Develop strategies to gain more traction throughout your territory to maximize profits. Adhering to internal policies and procedures of the company, while also providing effective customer service and developing advanced product knowledge.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members from the sales department and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory or market potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Nurturing leads and taking care of ongoing clients requests with utmost attention to detail.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
  • Attend periodic sales training when applicable.
  • Reach out to Vape shops, head shops, independent grocery stores, health food stores, gyms, chiropractors etc.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
  • Additional tasks assigned by management or immediate manager.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to meet customers / clients within territory and attend sales events or exhibits.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, video call.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office / google sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM programs such as HubSpot, sales force, zoho etc.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and open to constructive feedback.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per week
